Our Proven Core Technology
This proprietary, commercialised liquid waste conversion technology was developed by Guangdong Guanchi Agricultural Technology Group Co., Ltd. and sits at the centre of everything OHG Bio does. OHG Bio holds exclusive rights to apply this technology within the Australian territory.
It treats and transforms pig and cow urine — long one of livestock farming’s toughest waste challenges — into nutrient-rich bio-fertilisers, designed for Australian soils and farming systems.
Investing in Our First Australian Plant
OHG Bio is seeking investors to help build our first manufacturing plant in Australia, bringing a proven circular economy model to Australian agriculture. We’ve targeted the Wagga Wagga Special Activation Precinct as our site, offering the advantage of streamlined planning approvals along with close proximity to both raw materials and end-user markets.
A Circular Economy Approach
This process transforms agricultural and livestock waste into microbial fertiliser, closing the loop between waste and soil regeneration. By co-locating with existing livestock operations, OHG Bio aims to turn a waste management challenge into a sustainable product supporting soil health. Because the primary input is waste that would otherwise need to be disposed of, raw material costs are designed to be low.
Green Technology at the Core
The plant is designed to run on a fully automated system, minimising waste, energy use and manual labour while maximising output. It’s a scalable, low-footprint model designed to be replicated across multiple locations, supporting long-term environmental and commercial sustainability.
Capital Investment
The initial build requires a modest capital outlay, covering a fully automated, modular facility designed to be up and running in as little as four months.
Operating Costs
Thanks to a highly automated, closed-loop production process and low-cost waste-derived inputs, ongoing operating costs are designed to stay low, covering staffing, site costs and utilities.
